The new year-round centre is located in two elegant Georgian buildings on Merrion Square just opposite the famous Oscar Wilde statue.

We completed the Electrical & Mechanical fitout in November 2018. With a very short programme of 8 weeks for a complete overhaul of the two buildings, it was a challenge, especially considering the listed and protected status of the buildings. This type of project is the backbone of Shelbourne Engineering’s ethos “ when it’s difficult and challenging we will rise to that challenge “

Electrical systems were upgraded to current ETCI standard including new emergency lighting to I.S.3217, new fire alarm to I.S.3218 and new data network.

Mechanical Systems were upgraded, including new efficient heating and ventilation systems.
